CONFIRMATION SUNDAY, MAY 22, 2011
Congratulations to the Confirmation Class of 2011 who were confirmed on Sunday, May 22 at the 11:00 worship service. The students have been busy at work the last two years preparing to affirm their baptismal covenant and become adult members of St. Luke’s. They have studied the Lord’s Prayer, the 10 Commandments, the Apostles’ Creed, and many other important elements of the Christian faith. Recently they have carried forward a new tradition of writing their personal Statement of Faith. These were published in the bulletin at both services on May 22.
