►  An Introduction to our missionaries in Tanzania

In the area making final preparations for their three-year invitation to serve as medical missionaries to Tanzania, Dr. Kristopher and Mrs. Rebecca Hartwig along with their children Heidi and Nathan Seth, visited St. Luke's on July 25, 2004. Dr. Hartwig will develop Hospice and Palliative Care programs at the 20 Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania hospitals. Mrs. Hartwig, a pediatric nurse, will home school Nathan Seth for the first year. Heidi will finish high school next year at a boarding school in Kenya. The Hartwigs have three other adult children.
