Yoga

Here is your chance to try Yoga. Classes are held every Tuesday evening from 7:00-8:15 p.m. and Thursday mid-morning from 9:30-10:45. Please bring a yoga mat and beach towel or small blanket to class. Cost of the class is $5.00, which is donated to the church. Wear comfortable clothes. Dawn Christiansen, certified Yoga instructor, looks forward to seeing you on the mat. Namaste!

Chair Yoga Class is here! Have you heard that yoga can help with stiff joints, arthritis, inflammation, blood pressure, and stress relief?  These are just a  few of the many benefits you receive from a yoga class. Chair yoga is designed for those who have difficulty getting up and down from the mat. We do all the same postures as a regular yoga class modified with using a chair for a prop.  Please join Dawn Christiansen as she brings chair yoga to St. Luke’s. The class will be offered on Thursday’s from 11:00 -12:00 p.m. the cost of the class is $5.00. If you have a yoga mat and a beach towel please bring that to class. See you on the mat!
