Sunday Night Suppers

This shared ministry among congregations and organizations in Park Ridge has been offering a free community hot meal on Sunday evenings since 2007. 

St. Luke’s is a co-sponsor for the 2025-2026 season along with First United Methodist Church of Park Ridge and St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church. Meals are served every Sunday at 4:00 at First UMC at 418 West Touhy Avenue from September 7, 2025 through May 17, 2026.

 

How to Get Involved with Sunday Night Suppers

As a co-hosting congregation, members of St. Luke’s will be serving as on-site coordinators at First UMC for nine Sundays, and as a sponsoring congregation, we will also be serving the meal on four of those Sundays. We need three volunteers for each of our host days and 10 – 12 for each of our sponsor dates, and several opportunities are still available.
