Baptisms, Weddings and Funerals

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” Matthew 28:19

We welcome the opportunity to provide pastoral services to the community as well as members of the congregation.  If you are desiring any of the following pastoral services, please consider the following practices regarding these rites of the church:

Baptisms:  The Sacrament of Baptism is usually celebrated during the worship services of the church. Please contact the church office, or the pastor to schedule a baptism.   Usually pre-baptism preparation for adults and teens or for parents of infants and children require a month in advance planning.  The Baptismal form is available in the church office..

Weddings:  If you are interested in a wedding at St. Luke’s, please contact the pastor to begin making plans for your wedding service.  There is a required planning process for a wedding that normally takes at least 6 months to complete.

The Marriage Information Form, Wedding Planning Booklet, and Non-member Wedding Fee Forms are available in the church office.

Funerals:  St. Luke’s is always here to offer comfort to those who are grieving the loss of a loved one and are preparing for a funeral or memorial service.  You may contact the church office directly for information on funeral planning.  Make your wishes known!  Please download the Personal Planning Workbook to your desktop; fill it in and return it to the church office as an email attachment.
