The clergy of Park Ridge’s congregations and faith-based ministries gather monthly during the program year, meeting on the third Wednesday of each month for fellowship, mutual support, and shared mission.

In addition to providing collegial connection, PRMA is committed to three core ministries in our community:

  • Sunday Night Suppers: Sunday Night Suppers​ is a free, community meal offered by Park Ridge churches and organizations on Sunday nights. Food insecurity affects many individuals and families in Park Ridge and the surrounding area. Sunday Night Suppers (SNS) exists to provide a space for people to come share a meal, no questions asked. Beginning September 7, 2025 meals will be served at First United Methodist Church in Park Ridge (418 West Touhy Avenue; use the Grant Place entrance).   • Community Thanksgiving Service: An annual ecumenical service generally held the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, celebrating shared gratitude and lifting up the common good across our faith communities.
  • Ecumenical Good Friday Service: Held at noon on Good Friday, this contemplative service features a string quartet performing The Seven Last Words of Christ by Haydn, with meditations offered by members of PRMA. Hosted annually at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church (205 N. Prospect Ave.) [Here is a recording of last year’s service.]

We extend our deep gratitude to Pastor Josh Erickson (Park Ridge Presbyterian Church) for his seven years of faithful leadership as Convener of PRMA.
We also welcome and thank Pastor Kyle Severson (St. Luke’s Lutheran Church), who will serve a three-year term as Convener from 2025–2028.
