Church Staffing

Dear church,

I hope you have had a chance to read the recent message about the reorganization of our church staffing and ministry priorities. If not, I encourage you to take a few moments to do so.

These recommendations grew out of prayerful reflection and a deep hope for the future of St. Luke’s. We are excited to build on the momentum of recent years, deepen our life of faith together, and create a staffing structure that supports both vibrant ministry and long-term sustainability.

Change naturally brings questions, and we welcome them. Please speak with me, a member of the Congregation Council, or someone from the Strategic Staffing Taskforce so that we can listen, clarify, and continue this important conversation together. One such opportunity is a special forum after worship this Sunday at 11 AM, but I am always available to schedule a conversation.

I am grateful for the faithful, generous, and hopeful spirit with which this congregation continues to step into the future God is preparing for us.
